Amendments to Regulations 2.8 and 6
At the February 2015 meeting the Board adopted amendments to Regulation 2.8 governing minimum requirements for establishing a physician/patient relationship and Regulation 6 governing occupational therapy.  The effective date of these changes is to be determined. NCQA RECERTIFICATION
The Arkansas State Medical Board's CVO, Centralized Credentials Verification Service (CCVS), received final notification on September 16, 2013 of their recent achievement of recertification under the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) in the following eight of eight requested credentials elements:

License to Practice
Medical Board Sanctions
Medicare/Medicaid Sanctions
Work History
