October 25, 2011 NCQA RECERTIFICATION The Arkansas State Medical Board's CVO, Centralized Credentials Verification Service (CCVS), received final notification on October 3, 2011 of their recent achievement of recertification under the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) in the following eight of eight requested credentials elements: Application Processing Education and Training DEA Certification CVO Application and Attestation Content License to Practice Medical Board Sanctions Medicare/Medicaid Sanctions Work History Certification is considered current and in good standing for a period of TWO years and will expire in September 2013.
