Directions to the Arkansas State Medical Board
It is a safe assumption that most Arkansans know how to get to Little Rock. For those who are not sure, locate a map and locate
the easiest way from your city to connect to one of the five main routes into Little Rock, namely from East/West I-40, East I-30,
South 65/167 and North 67/167. The directions to the Medical Board from each of these main routes are described below. For those traveling
from out of state, the directions from the National Airport are included and you can visit the
Little Rock website for hotel and other accommodations.

Directions from East I-40
| Go past junction I-430 stay left |
| Continue past Crystal Hill, Burns Park, Levy and 107 exits |
| At junction I-30 stay right |
| Continue past two exits and over Arkansas River |
| Take first exit (Markham/Cantrell) |
| Off ramp will divide - stay to the left |
| Straight thru two lights (Rivermarket on right, LR Convention Center on left) |
| Sharp curve to left then continue thru three lights |
| Take a right at fourth light (Exxon station) and cross railroad tracks |
| You are now on Riverfront Drive |
| Continue straight thru light (Alltel on right, Rebsamen Insurance on left) |

| Go past junction 67/167 (Jacksonville exit) |
| Stay in left two lanes |
| At junction of West I-30 bear left |

| Go past Wildwood, McCain and East I-40 exits |
| Be in the left lane |
| 67/167 merges with West I-40 |
| Get in left two lanes as soon as you can** |
| Stay in left lanes when they divide (I-30) junction |
| Continue past two exits and over Arkansas River |
| Take first exit (Markham/Cantrell) |
| Off ramp will divide - stay to the left |

| Sharp curve to left then continue thru three lights |

** You only have a relatively short distance to change lanes and in heavy traffic can become troublesome. The left lanes head toward Little Rock
(becoming West I-30), the third lane continues as West I-40 and the far right lane exits to Highway 107
in North Little Rock. If you cannot get to the left two lanes, stay in the right lane and take the
Highway 107 exit and after the yield sign make a left at the light then stay to the right, cross over the
bridge and merge back on I-40 then stay to the right at junction of I-30 then continue with the directions
starting with 'Continue past two exits and over Arkansas River'. |

| Take a right out of the Airport |
| Go thru light and continue straight |
| Make a right to merge on I-440 West |
| Take the I-30 exit (138A) towards
downtown |
| After merge with I-30 get out of the right
lane** (exit only) |
| Go past junction of I-630 |
| Go past Ninth and Sixth street exit |
| Take Markham Street exit |

** If you are unable to merge out of the exit only go straight to the light and continue straight.
There is another merge lane directly ahead. Be sure however to stay again out of the far right
lane otherwise you will merge with I-630.
Local Little Rock Map
There are three ways to reach us, each shown in blue, red and purple below. The blue route is just
on the bottom of 'Cantrell Hill' next to the Texaco station, the red route at the light at Cedar Hill and
the purple route is from the light of Riverfront between Harvest Foods and the Exxon station.
